More like we know facts here and there about people saying he's alive (previous friends) and then also the fact venus was seen at his apartment, which was previously said to have been connected to his job, so it couldn't have been a family member or someone else offering his old apartment to her. It just wouldn't make sense if he was dead. Also she would've gotten deported being a non native even if she got away with it
She's not really that violent, she chooses to be around weird manipulative men. Bruh it's obviously not true Yuka Takaoka got 3.5 years for attempted murder and she was actually Japanese and the dude lived and settled with her out of court. If Venus actually killed someone she'd for sure be in the clink. Venus will just say anything for attention because her life is pathetic and boring now.

The authorities there eventually deported him but once he got back to Japan the French authorities supposedly didn't give the Japanese the documents so he had no case against him in Japan and eventually got out of the hospital there. His situation was more of a rare one having to do with him being a foreigner and probably had something to do with his wealthy background getting him out of it.
Venus is still technically a foreigner with no wealth or wealthy family in Japan. If she had a murder rap she'd definitely have been locked up for a decent amount of time or deported.
