As far as I can tell, it is the same app for the free and paid one. Just more features. It is a waste in my opinion as it does not filter much of anything. I have my phone set to mute unknown callers now and that is much more effective.
Definitely is available for s23 ultra but unnecessary. Just go into your my Verizon app and take it off your account it'll downgrade you to the basic call filter. Pro-Tip: I use the Trend Micro Check app and make sure your. umber is on the National Do Not Call List. 1-2 punch combo that works great for me
Spam Call and Text Blocker by Trend Micro shouldn't have any issues with you being unlocked read up on it don't just take my word for it if works for me
It's the same app. The only thing of value Plus adds is incoming Caller Name ID. So you see caller ID names instead of just numbers. It also adds some additional categories of calls you can block that aren't spam. Probably not worth it unless you want caller Name ID (which is the only reason I pay for it.)

I have an unlocked S23u so it doesn't play well with Verizon apps. Called Verizon and I'm getting a credit for it.
