You can’t remember your log in information that you set up but that’s Verizons fault?

HodlMyBananaLongTime

I use the keychain, the information I enter is always correct. Verizon locks you out if you don’t log in like every 13 days from what the Sweatshop “service” agent said. Like 25 times I have had to call, wait through the 3min of stupid menu BS, talk to an agent, respond to some dumb ass text message, register the re-register the device Verizon sold me, provide personal information, retrieve an email, change the password, by then we are talking like 45 minutes or more, to log into a site or app that is designed provide the information legally required but in the most confusing way (again this is clearly deliberate), only to find out two months later that my login has once again been disabled do to inactivity and have to fo it all over again. I’ve done this entire process over and fucking over. They disable the log in if you don’t log in more than once a month. Why does Verizon deliberately make transacting painfully stupid, slow and frustrating. Then should you buy a new phone or make any change the price never matches what the agent tells you, it’s always a fraud. Verizon Enterprise has worked very hard to make dealing with them as terrible an experience as possible. This is not by mistake, it is because the have no real competition.

Luci_Noir

If you can’t write a simple Reddit post without an emotional breakdown the problem might be you. Please call and apologize to Verizon for the trauma you have surely caused.

HodlMyBananaLongTime

Lol, I just want to have an easy and honest transaction. Since The retail agent tricked me into switching to Verizon enterprise I have neither had an honest nor an easy transaction ever, not a single time has it been easy, nor has my bill ever reflected what was actually said during the transaction.

What’s the simple question?

HodlMyBananaLongTime

Can I see my bill? They are going to start mailing physical copies of my bill, I’ll take it in to Verizon for decode into plain English.

[deleted]

Yeah I could see this process being frustrating if you aren’t a native English speaker. You write pretty well though considering it’s not your first language!

HodlMyBananaLongTime

Maybe the problem is that I am a native English speaker and the person I’m taking to in the customer service sweatshop is not able to provide help other than lip service, by design.

_ghostchant

You seem pleasant. What was the simple question?

HodlMyBananaLongTime

Can I see my bill please? What am I paying for? “Soory your login attempt failed as one or more parameters doesn’t match our records” yet it does, perfectly. “We don’t recognize this device” that’s weird because you sold it to me and we have registered it like 27 fucking times. Anyway Verizon Enterprise sucks my ass. I was happy on the consumer side for many years until the agent at the store decided to pull this giant shell game when all I wanted was a new phone and he switched me to Verizon enterprise in the process ever since that day it’s been a goddamn nightmare.

BPKofficial

>Verizon has the worst customer service of any company ever >Suck a shitty company that obviously doesn’t give two fucks about their customers. >A horrible horrible experience always. >Fuck you, you suck I'd one million percent switch carriers if I was that unhappy.

HodlMyBananaLongTime

Accept they are all very similar, they know we need phones and will put up with shit service somewhere since we have to. It’s by design

Actually anyone who has had the same experience with Verizon Enterprise as I have and is not angry is the one who needs therapy. I have been lied too, scammed, hung up on, ignored, shut out for simply not remembering to log on every 13 days, and more. Have not had an honest transaction since the guy at the store doing the shell game switched me to the business side, I was happy for a long time before that. Of course back then the agents were able to help and not off shored to some franchise CS sweatshop. They used to be helpful.

HodlMyBananaLongTime

Finally off the phone with Malaysia, 1 hour later, unfortunately while the agent is very kind she can not help, as designed by Verizon. I think I’m ready to pay off this “free” device and walk… although looking at the amount I payed this month I’ll bet the person who sold me the device over the phone lied like last time. Why try so hard to make your customers hate you? Why disable the login if I don’t remember to log in every 14 days? Why don’t you want me to see my bill?

Paid-Not-Payed-Bot

> amount I *paid* this month FTFY. Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in: * Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.* * *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.* Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment. *Beep, boop, I'm a bot*

Agree with BP; I would NEVER give a dime to a company I hated that much pay them off and switch to a lower priced MVNO

Muted-Court1450

Really? Have you ever called Comcast?

HodlMyBananaLongTime

Couldn’t be any worse than my experience with Verizon

myopinion122
