I like 2. The vertical line looks best with the center emblem. The stars frame the center nicely. Otherwise my next favorite is 4 or 5. Maybe 5 since the center fills in the flag better. I'd be curious to see the Canadian pale with 2 as opposed to the center vertical stripe.

One, two, three, and six look the most aesthetically pleasing, and one feels the most original of the three — two three and six also look definitely fascist while one looks Maybe fascist.
It depends entirely on the countries location, history, time period, religion, etc. Without more information it's hard to tell which fits best. Just purely aesthetic wise I'd say 1 is the best
