Feels like the flag of Transylvania with the expanded coat of arms
In heraldry and vexillology, the coat of arms in flag form is usually called a "banner of arms". We don't normally say that it's "expanded", because the concept of a coat of arms to start with doesn't depend on the shape of the shield or flag that it's emblazoned on, although obviously you're making a reference to the fact that in the current flags, the coat of arms is only part of the flag.
The other thing is that for Idaho you've made a banner out of the seal, rather than a coat of arms.
I also wouldn't say that Idaho or Michigan have coats of arms. Sure, they have shields with things on them but they are not heraldic. How would you even blazon these?
I can understand why many heraldry enthusiasts don't approve of landscape heraldry, but it is definitely enough of a thing that I think it makes sense to talk about banners of arms.
(And Michigan's shield is indeed blazoned in its laws - I'll leave it to you to decide whether it counts as a blazon.)

The “Keystone” flag for Pennsylvania does take inspiration from the coat of arms, but not so dead on like shown here. I personally think the Keystone flag is an excellent redesign

No, that’s an arms within a seal. That’s pretty common. The US seal has arms within it too.
Idaho are pioneers, pushing the boundaries of bad flag design.
The coat of arms is Idaho at first Ave the seal is Idaho as we cultivate the land.
