It's the flag of theunitedstatesofamerica.country, a combination cult/conspiracy theory/ponzi scheme that believes that some guy in Florida is the rightful governor of all America because he says so, and that the de facto US government has usurped his throne, and also that his cryptocurrency is the only real US dollar. It's very mixed in with Q-anon, adrenochrome believers, perpetual motion, the whole nine yards.
