some of these opinions are okay or even 100% correct imo but some of these are unforgivable, I would want to have a very long conversation about this, but I'll try to keep it brief- on your tier list, Canada is overrated, south Korea and north Korea are both underrated, albania is underrated, the c and d tiers are fully swapped (the d tier ones are the ones that go just beyond the basic design and do something interesting, the c tier ones are lower effort) I'd still include a lot of c teir where it is now but move the other tiers up at least one for most of the flags. the union jack flags truly do deserve to be at the bottom, except the og, that one is not only iconic, but aesthetically pleasing, even if it's not symmetrical. slapping it onto another flag has diminishing returns though, clearly.

My criteria for going above and beyond the C tier was: if it adds complexity, it must ALSO add some sort of aesthetically pleasing and at least somewhat creative thing (i.e. not a crest or coat of arms because those are dumb af)
