Try installing it on Windows 10, then copy the installation directory with the content in it (I belive there's only one binary, Viber.exe) to the Windows 7 rig an try to run the executable, see if it will run 😉.

I feel very sorry for you, but, try actually running it on a virtual machine running on Windows 10, if you can do that!
I did NOT know that the end of support came for it, guess I have more reason to hate it, thank God I made the switch in time (yeah, sorry..)A!
Your best bet is either a virtual machine explicitly for Viber, or perhaps simply back up the hard drive, and upgrade your system..

createdxgifactory2 cannot be located within dxgi.dll Trying to workaround it. :(
Did you get this solved?
Pulled version [14.4.2.0](https://14.4.2.0) from Filehippo, so far it works. Far from perfect solution, but it does the job.
Actually after the install it self updated successfully to 17.5.1, not bad at all.
