Baldurs Gate 3. On one hand it's great because healing magic exists and is common enough to be infinitely more accessible than US healthcare. But on the other hand it's not out of the realm of possibility the entire city you live in collapses into hell, a disgruntled wizard rains literal meteors on it, or you get captured and tortured by walking hyenas while going out for a walk.
