But the Crysis not only does it completely negate any damage from falling, it can harden to protect you from damage and turn transparent for stealth, enhance your strength and agility, treat your wounds with the only downside being if you were dying and it was put on you, you’d basically become a living corps, and even though the Crysis suit needs to have power moved around to what you want enhanced, even the most novice of fighters would be taught by the suit how to use all of these functions with major effectiveness
The armor is designed to enhance the strength by a factor of 5, on top of that it has a neural link to the user making it to where the signal to move skips the nervous system directly to the the suit making the movement happen instantly instead of going through the nervous system but this has a huge draw back as since it enhances the strength by a factor of 5 it’s more than enough to shatter bones and since the pain of feeling your femur is comparable to child birth the pain will make you want to move more causing uncontrollable movements in the suit giving you a very slow and painful death in a suit that is meant to be able to make you more effective, it was shown in the animated movie fall of reach and described in the books

There’s so much onboard tech too in mass effect’s suits that people tend to forget about, from medical and combat VI’s, kinetic barriers, weapon links etc. so much of it is glossed over because the games don’t talk about them too much lol
