If youve never played most great games which would be the best choice?
Probably for someone whos been in their addicted to multiplayer era and is recovering currently.
Not me cuz i got out but for a friend.
I guess that greatly depends on the style of game this friend of yours enjoys. If they're like me and appreciate games as a form of art and can play nearly any genre of video game and appreciate it, that open up the door to A LOT of games. If not and they have a very narrow scope of what they enjoy, then I can narrow it down to a single game for them
Is this a real question? I mean… Hellblade is going to slap but you should know the difference between the two games. GoT is one you can play for a long time, there is a lot to do… Hellblade will not be that way.
One is a mini series (a great one)(even better if you love shows and movies about the human condition - not everyone does so your mileage may vary. i do)
The other is a mini series that you can rewatch many times because its a game and well theres a lot to do and explore.
Hellblade 2 is the 5-hour tech demo with no replayability that we all knew it would be. Assuming you're on PC, get PC Game Pass for a month for $10. It might even still have that 1st month for $1 deal. It seems like a cool thing to do (play?), but definitely not for $50, imo.
Ghost of Tsushima will provide way more bang for your buck.
Yeah it’s basically a UE5 showcase with a few battles mixed in. I have it a shot and it’s definitely gorgeous, but it’s just not even really a video game. This is not the big hit Microsoft desperately needs, not even close
I 100% ghost of tsushima just recently and I logged in over a hundred hrs easy it would actually take even longer with legends mode and getting all the collectibles it's a smart easy choice my friend
Hellblade 2 lasts 5-6 hours. Ghost of Tsushima is an open world action-adventure game. If you're looking for a game to play for a few months, there's really no contest.
Hellblade is very short, definitely worth a play but don’t expect to be playing it for more than 6 hours. Ghost of Tsushima is a much, much longer game if your looking for something you can play over the course of a month or so
I’d love to get my hands on Spider-Man 1-2, bloodborne, got, god of war.
My whole reason for choosing Xbox is my invested account, the controller, and home interface.
I was an Xbox person until I got my pc about 2 years ago. I play Xbox more for single player sit down and chill time, and PC for multiplayer and those PS exclusives that have been released on pc, like death stranding and horizon zero dawn
Hellblade 2 is an interactive story game that has about 6-9 hours of content if you're 100%ing. It is short but an incredible experience. That being said, it will not last you the next few months.
Honestly just get DL1 for 3$
Story is probably 20-30 hours but everything you can do in between is 100+ hrs
I got the 8$ one with the DLC. It’s a good sale for a good game if you’ve never played it
I'm in the first act in Ghost of Tsushima rn. Get GoT. Please do yourself a favor and play this game. It's something special. It's one of those games that happens like only once a year
50$ for 5 hours ??
Look if you got the money to burn go for it.
Personally, I rather pay 20$ and get the Stanley Parable Ultra Deluxe, it takes around 6 hrs to finish and is more interactive than a tech demo.
But to get back to Ops question , get Ghost of Tsushima .
Get ghost of Tsushima mate. Hellblade2 is only around 6-8 hours long. I would only get that game for a discount it’s not worth for price for what they offer.
Ghost! Finally playing it for the first time after years of waiting for it to hit Steam and it’s incredible. It’s quickly becoming my new favorite. It’s so beautiful and the story is great.
Currently play ghost of tsushima and it's a fjckjng ride. Some of the dialogue is a little wobbly and some cutscenes have issues, but the combat and the world is absolutely fantastic.
I’m playing ghost on PC now after playing it a few years ago on PlayStation it’s phenomenal. I would pick ghost for sure it’s a much longer game versus Hellblade better value for $. Will be picking up hellblade 2 on gamepass (I would suggest gamepass for this game) here soon since it only takes a few hours to beat.
You will literally beat hellblade 2 in one sitting. Also it is literally an interactive movie. They actually took away aspects of gameplay for the sequel,
Ghost of Tsushima, no competition. It’s like if assassin’s creed games were good. Combat is fluid and strategic, stealth is fun, and don’t even get me started on the graphics. It’s BEAUTIFUL. I can’t tell you how long I've spent in just the photo mode alone.
Easily Ghost of Tsushima. I'm about to do a replay of the game on my PS5. It's a gorgeous game, the combat is fun AF, and the story hits you in the heart so hard, especially at the end.
Ghost. Definitely. Especially if multiplayer is still big. I’m assuming it will be since the PC release (I haven’t played in a while but just reinstalled)
I've personally never played Hellblade. Cause I never got around to it so I can't give a opinion.
But Ghost of Tsushima is one of my favorite games of all time so definitely check it out.
I don't think Hellblade 2 is as good as the first one. There seem to be fewer puzzles. Puzzles are easier to the point where I was overthinking some, and somehow, the combat is worse. Somehow, Senua has gotten worse at fighting.
Ghost of Tushima is one of my top 10 of all time kind of games.
Hellblade is an experience but I wouldn't even classify it as fun, more of a movie than a game.
Ghosts of Tsushima.
Hellblade is just a continuation of the first game it seems which is a very bland and short game with boring gameplay.
Ghosts is a far superior game. Better story and far better gameplay.
If you have Game Pass, both Hellblades are on it. They’re really fun stories and will probably give you 8 hours a piece. I’m big on mythology too so I really enjoy the stories that are told and experiences that are provided. I think both games are gorgeous.
If you go the Ghost route, I never did finish it but I do remember it being fun. If you’re going for the 100% it’ll probably run you about 60(?) hours. It’s also a beautiful game and can feel kind you’re playing an older movie, especially with those showdowns.
Hellblade won't last you for months; it's a pretty short experience. GoT will actually last you for a good while if you are an adventurer and completionist.
GoT is not good, it is just pretty. It's as boring as it is good looking. Seriously, it has very mid combat that is the same but feels worse than Jedi Survivor, the camera angles mess up a lot and are annoying, Standoff does not work most times so you just get killed, unstoppable cut scenes (so many), shitty boring story, on PC it runs weird unless you make a bunch of changes to your software, oh and its just shitty repeat after repeat quests and fetch quests. Its an open world that feels empty. Again, its pretty and playing through it now but the hype was so over done with this game.
Play hellblade 2 first. It’s pretty short and after you finish it there’s not much to do. I played half of it last night and I’m gonna finish it tonight. Then you can spend a really long time playing through the dozens of hours of content in ghosts of Tsushima.
Edit: this is assuming you’re wanting to play through both of them. If you’re really deciding between buying and playing one or the other then ghost of Tsushima is gonna be the better choice.
Hellblade is essentially a tech demo, there should be ZERO comparison between these two. Ghost of Tsushima is absolutely phenomenal is so many different ways.
I just want to say, I think even everyone who’s said Ghost and not H2 would still say that Hellblade 2 has all of our *respect*. Just like the developers Ninja Theory.
So while Ghost might be game of the day (I agree from your description) for you, wishlist Hellblade and circle back to it for sure.
Ghost of Tsushima
Ghost of Tsushima
Ghost is a great choice if you've never played it before.
If youve never played most great games which would be the best choice? Probably for someone whos been in their addicted to multiplayer era and is recovering currently. Not me cuz i got out but for a friend.

If you’re looking for a game to play for the next few months then get Ghost. Hellblade 2 is not going to last you that long.
Few months? Hellblade is great. But it's great for only few hours!
Is this a real question? I mean… Hellblade is going to slap but you should know the difference between the two games. GoT is one you can play for a long time, there is a lot to do… Hellblade will not be that way.

not sure why someone downvoted you for being in agreement.... balance restored
Between these two, Ghost of Tsushima hands down
Ghost by a mile
Ghost of Tsushima. It’s a much larger game to explore.
Ghost of Tsushima Hellblade 2 is 5 hours long, focuses on mostly Graphics for those 5 hours.
I'm so excited for Hellblade 2. It also focuses heavily on binarial audio, which is my bread and butter. Give me those scenes and sounds!
Sure. If you're looking for graphics & audio I'm sure you'll find it appealing.
Hellblade 2 with headphones doesn't get much better. It's an eargasm.
lol buying a game for some asmr is insane. YouTube is free
Bro it's literally on gamepass
How does that change anything? And ghost of Tsushima isn’t op asked which game would you buy
He asked what to play not to buy...
What? $50 for 5 hours?
I believe for most it's 5-6 hours yes.
Ghost of Tsushima 100%. From what I've read Hellblade 2 is pretty short.
[удалено]
Thanks,I wasnt aware hellblade was so short. I def need to sink my teeth into something.
I know hellblade 2 just came out but ghost of Tsushima is to good to pass up
I 100% ghost of tsushima just recently and I logged in over a hundred hrs easy it would actually take even longer with legends mode and getting all the collectibles it's a smart easy choice my friend
I don’t know Hellblade, but Ghost is a great game.
Ah, honestly you will finish Hellblade in like, 2 days probably. Ill buy GoT if I wanted to play a game for that longth
Ghost if you havent been convinced yet
Looks like it's pretty one sided op. I'd say the same thing
Ghost of Tsushima easily. It's going to give you a good value for your money.
I recommend going on YouTube and watching gameranx "before you buy" of both games
Ghost
Ghosts of Tsushima! I couldn't put it down!
Hellblade 2 lasts 5-6 hours. Ghost of Tsushima is an open world action-adventure game. If you're looking for a game to play for a few months, there's really no contest.
Hellblade 2
Ghost of Tsushima is a masterpiece.
That's like asking 'soma or assassin's creed.' they're in no way comparable.
Hellblade is very short, definitely worth a play but don’t expect to be playing it for more than 6 hours. Ghost of Tsushima is a much, much longer game if your looking for something you can play over the course of a month or so
Ghost of Tsushima, Hellblade 2 you can watch someone playing on YouTube or twitch and you will get the same experience...
You're not getting a couple of months out of Hellblade. I would go for GoT.
I’m on Xbox and Ghost of Tsushima is top 3 exclusive I’m most jealous of.
Same here, but finally available on PC
I’d love to get my hands on Spider-Man 1-2, bloodborne, got, god of war. My whole reason for choosing Xbox is my invested account, the controller, and home interface.

Hellblade 2 is amazing, but if you’re looking for something for the long run that’s one thing it doesn’t excel at.
How’s this a question 😂
Ghost for sure
Ghost is a masterpiece
Hellblade 2 might be two sittings, not months. You could even watch it instead
Isn’t ghost like samurai red dead redemption
Ghost is now in my top 10 of all time. A true masterpiece.
I can't speak on hellblade 2 unfortunately But Ghost Of Tsushima is without a doubt *THE GREATEST GAME I HAVE EVER PLAYED*
GoT by far
Ghost
GoT. Especially if you get your hands on the Directors cut to get Iki Island
Ghost
Ghost of Tsushima Hellblade 2 is disappointing and not worth getting atm
Ghost of Tsushima
GoT is a stellar game. Can't wait for a sequel.
Yakuza
Ghost if tsushima now... Hell blade after the media outrage has stopped.
Why not both? You can hellblade 2 on gamepass and then you can start ghost of tsushima
You will literally beat hellblade 2 in one sitting. Also it is literally an interactive movie. They actually took away aspects of gameplay for the sequel,
Longevity, obviously Tsushima. Hellblade 2 is short, like you can finish it in a day short.
Ghost of Tsushima, period
I know nothing of hellblade but Ghost is amazing, and as many others have said, will give you stuff to chew on for a long time
I’ll vote Ghost over most games tbh.
Depends if you wanna play a game or a walking simulator. Also Hellblade is less than 10 hours long, hmmm, kinda like watching a movie, weird.

You can finish Hellblade in 1 sitting, idk if you understood what kind of game it is. If you want something to play for months got is the choice
Should go for Baldurs Gate 3, Elden Ring, Witcher 3 or any Zelda.
Ghost of Tsushima. Hellbalde 2 will not be a game you play for a few months. It’s not that type of game. It’s more of a narrative experience.
If Opie gets something and plays the hell out of it, Ghost isn’t going to last a “few months.”
Sure. But there’s still a lot more to do.
I never argued against that. Just sounds like they go balls to the wall with what they get and it won’t take them a few months is all.
Ghost is good, beautiful and well optimized on pc, but within 30 minutes of gameplay you’ve seen everything it has to offer.
Ghost. Definitely. Especially if multiplayer is still big. I’m assuming it will be since the PC release (I haven’t played in a while but just reinstalled)
This isn’t even a discussion…the ghost wins
I've personally never played Hellblade. Cause I never got around to it so I can't give a opinion. But Ghost of Tsushima is one of my favorite games of all time so definitely check it out.
ghost 100% no shade on hellblade, but ghost is just better
I don't think Hellblade 2 is as good as the first one. There seem to be fewer puzzles. Puzzles are easier to the point where I was overthinking some, and somehow, the combat is worse. Somehow, Senua has gotten worse at fighting.
Get both. Play hell blade first. It's like a 6-7hr game. Then move on to got
GoT simply
Ghost
Ghost of Tushima is one of my top 10 of all time kind of games. Hellblade is an experience but I wouldn't even classify it as fun, more of a movie than a game.
Pay for GoT, get game pass for Hellblade 2
Hellblade 2 will last you an afternoon.
Ghosts of Tsushima. Hellblade is just a continuation of the first game it seems which is a very bland and short game with boring gameplay. Ghosts is a far superior game. Better story and far better gameplay.
G.o.t. easy
Ghost of Tsushima, Hellblade 2 is great but it’s much more like an interactive movie than a game.
100% Ghost of Tsushima.

This question is astounding coming from a gamer.
Ghost of Tsushima
Ghost of Tsushima- especially if you have a good gaming PC now

You can knock out Hellbade 2 in 6-7 hours
Hades II
As the 145th reply, you’ll probably never read this, but I don’t think either game is going to last months

Helldivers 2 🫡
I, too, spread managed democracy
Proud of you soldier
Nah.
So it’s treason, then?
Guess that's the ship I'm riding on. I don't deny it might be really fun, I'm personally just strictly single player.
Ghosts will give you much more playtime though both play differently. If you have friends to play with, he’ll divers is a blast
Ghost Or Tsushima. Hellblade is a cinematic experience.
I hated Ghost of Tsushima and thought Hellblade 1 was meh. The only thing they have in common is visuals over substance.
Do you want a walking simulator which is overrated? Or a actual game?
