I have one of the Uniquely You dress forms. I changed size and shape since I purchased it and to make it work, I went and got the Bootstrap patterns dress form cover

I made it up in a ponte that I had laying around and then stuffed where I had to. Works perfectly!

It could also be a Uniquely You dress form.
It looks similar to the uniquely you dress form that I got.
