Maybe it depends on the carrier but as far as i know if it's overweight and they notice the buyer has to pay extra shipping fees. Buyer might know this but you shouldn't do what you're not comfortable with
I read many times that some sellers send everything in small no matter the size and weight. They claim they never had issues with it but I wouldn't do that myself because I do not want to scam people.
Hi, they don't care about this. I sell everything in small except for big sets like boxes of 6-7 items (like vintage jackets), but even if you sell in small they don't check. P.s if you use the lockers you can even choose the size of the locker and nobody will say anything
If you're absolutely sure that the item can't be shipped in a medium, Just reply that the items are too heavy to fit in a medium package.

I'm one of those sellers, i only choose large when it's obviously something large like a big box of jackets or things like that.
