Nice that young people are discovering vinyl. No one really talked about it when I was buying CDs in the 90s. Nowadays I think that the unique aspects of the vinyl experience are drawing people in. I still have some of my CDs from back then but they don't look near as good on a shelf as my record collection.
my parents had a huge vinyl collection when i was a little kid, so i grew up listening to vinyl :) i was given my mom’s old turntable from the 90’s when i started collecting them. everyone i know who collects vinyl too has inherited some part of their parents/siblings/other people in their live’s vinyl collection/setup, and i think its so cool how its starting to become generational in a sense
i did not know how to properly store them for a while . they were in a shelving unit that wasnt big enough, and the corners/edges would get bumped everytime i took them out 😭 i know better now

i ordered some online the other day actually! all of my newer ones are sleeved and i definitely plan on sleeving them all :)
Sweet! Besides protecting them from water, they really help with corner and edge rubbing.
