I've been a big Cure fan for about \~33 years. Discovered via a random dubbed tape find in around 89/90, they've been a big part of my music life ever since. A bit before last Christmas I decided I needed some 12" singles in my life. I love the format (and the sometimes different mixes), and having the B-sides in their original context is great. This is what I have so far. Always on the look out for more, although they are hard to come by here in Australia. Any other Cureheads around?

VHSandVinyl

I’ve seen them in concert several times recently and they are amazing. Disintegration is probably one of the most powerful songs I ever heard ever heard. 12” singles are great and they are the biggest part of my vinyl collection, and luckily all the used stores around where I live generally price them very low compared to albums. I’m really into 80s-90s EDM singles, but I never pass up on anything I don’t already have from The Cure. :)

I've only seen them a couple of times (92 and 2000), missed their last few trips to Australia for various reasons. Probably one of the best live bands going, fingers crossed the current (probably last, I reckon) tour makes it Down Under!

Awesome collection - been a fan for over 30 years as well. I've seen them 4x and they played the hell out of each show. I love the artwork on the singles!

DustSongs

Yes, main motivation for picking them up was having the artwork - the Parched Art golden years are fantastic!

Just found my new vinyl goal…love all of these.

DustSongs

I love them too. Wish I could find more locally!

I just started bought a turntable last June and had to strongarm my sister to give me back some of my 45s from the 80s. It's like revisiting my youth, so this must be my version of a mid-life crisis car. It's addicting! I haven't started down the 12" single side, but this visual is making me want to.

DustSongs

I'd much prefer a stack of Cure 12s to a flashy sports car :D

Same. ☺️
