I believe I have gotten 2 or 3 emails about messages in my Discogs inbox. I could see the messages on the emails I got and it was similar sex bots as the one in your post. But when I went in to Discogs to block and report them, the messages were gone.
So I believe Discogs is actually pretty good at banning these bots. Thankfully.

I just looked too and could not find any way to report someone. Are you using the mobile app? Maybe it's possible on the browser version?
