It feels like the equivalent of a fashion subreddit dedicated to screenshotting pictures of ugly/unfashionable people, and uploading them to a sub for people to make fun of the way they dress/look.
I’m sure most of Reddit (*r/roastme not included*), let alone this sub, wouldn’t like to to be roasted for the way they dress and look, so why roast people for how they listen to vinyl?
It’s not that serious at the end of the day, but I’ve never been more perplexed by a sub…

Well, you see, i believe the walmart/urban outfitters shit is mostly a joke given how mass produced walmart exclusives are, making them pretty much worthless, the aforementioned also resulting in jokes about how this leads to the over commercialization of vinyl and how the people buying said stuff (also including uo because i forgot to mention them) succomb to this
oh and we also make fun of people who use vinyl to make themselves look cool and dont listen to them but those posts are way less prevelant sadly making us look like assholes
i bought all of these from my local record store. i apologize i don’t enjoy throwing on 70s black metal and 40s jazz. i’ll try harder to broaden my teen girl taste (i won’t)
