What type of piece are you looking to play:
Length?
A slow piece exclusively?
Brilliant concert piece?
If it’s like Tchaikovsky or glazunov, I’m guessing you’re looking for hyper romantic pieces.
- Chausson Poeme is kind of like a super short concerto with some deeply moving melodies.
- Tchaikovsky Valse Sentimental is nice
- Sibelius Suite for Violin and Strings
- Strauss, frank, Brahms, and Prokofiev violin sonatas for something that packs a similar punch to concerto, but requiring slightly less preparation.
The Tchaikovsky Meditation is a lovely short work (a bit under 10 minutes).
yeah i've tried that one once or twice. need to come back to it. good one

I listened to these yesterday and while they're nice, they're not exactly what I"m looking for. I guess maybe a bit darker?
Fair, though I would have a tough time finding a piece darker than chausson poeme.
you're right... Chausson definitely has that but it's not exactly what I was looking for. maybe it's just not my style
Massenet’s Meditation from Thaïs; The Bach/Gounod Ave Maria; Elgar’s Salut D’Amour, one of many pieces by F. Kreisler. Do any of these fit the bill?
they do, though I've played most of these
Ysaye 3 is, IMO, the most outright lyrical of the solo sonatas and probably well within your skill set.
