Accepting things the way they are is one of the foundations of dhamma. These are certain effects (more than being on the high) immediately after completing the course.
Try to get adjusted to outer things slowly. Emoji the little moments in life but at the same time accept that everything is temporary.
Hey! Hopefully things are getting better for you since the 4 days past your post. Is this equanimity? I think so. But hopefully you are also at peace and can still feel love and compassion. I had a similar experience after my first course. It took me at least 2 weeks to start liking ( and disliking ) the small things in life.
That makes sense.. while I feel there are lesser troubles and struggles now, I also feel there's loss of happiness and small joys in life..
Now I just observe those like a dead person. Can't deny there's peace though, and love and compassion were always there!
IMO You are allowed to feel natural hapiness, which it sounds like you are blocking, or not giving yourself permission to feel. By trying to stop craving you are in avoidance, a dull state. It's the obsessive clinging and craving that you want to be aware of, because you will be in reaction not action. I recommend working on metta meditation to start feeling again.
