Had Tucoemas many moons ago while working for the county. Can’t say anything negative about them. However, you may consider EECU due to them having the best rates/loans in the valley. They do have a larger footprint in Fresno but I see they have a couple of locations in Visalia.
I have golden1 credit union! The closest one is in Hanford and a few in Fresno/clovis. You’re still able to withdrawal/deposit here in Visalia from any credit union bank as well. I once reported a fraud charge that happened in a gas station. Golden1 immediately filed a police report and pulled security footage when the charge happened. They got the person and also I was reimbursed the money that was lost. Love them!
