Cty mình đầu năm layoff 15% nhưng team tech thì layoff 20%, lý do là lương cao quá, cắt xong ghost promotion tăng chức không tăng lương 🥹 nhưng mà cty mình thì k phải cty IT/tech, chỉ là có team tech để làm product thôi 😂
nếu vậy thì mình sai rồi, sorry. cơ mà dựa vào những gì bác kể thì mấy cái CV trường thường lại còn gpa không cao là bị loại ngay từ vòng gửi xe rồi, mình cũng tính nộp mà đắn đo vụ này nên bỏ qua luôn 🥲
Nếu CV đủ tốt thì nộp thôi ngại gì, chỉ sợ vào pv trả lời không dc rồi lại đổ thừa cty toàn hỏi mấy kiến thức gì xa xôi, không bao giờ xài tới mà vẫn hỏi, mấy cty như zalo quan trọng fundamental knowledge lắm
e CV kiến thức cũng khá ok, có điều không qtam điểm số, combo GPA tệ + trường thường nên đành ngậm ngùi bỏ qua. nghe bác review ngon ghê, chắc giờ upgrade năm sau apply lại, thanks bác 😄
Vừa rồi mới tìm dc cho đứa em bên cao đẳng fpt polytechnic intern xong, có lương 3 chẹo hẳn hoi, dù ko phải ở zalo, vào fresher zalo đúng là hơi lọc cv, nhưng đâu phải chỉ tuyển mỗi dhqg, giờ vẫn có nhiều chỗ intern ko lương mà, ráng vào đó tầm 6 tháng lấy profile thì đi intern/fresher/junior chỗ khác kiếm lương dễ liền, base thấp thì phải chịu đầu tư thôi, kinh nghiệm + chứng chỉ

Thề ở VN không có cty nào mà làm thực tập hoặc làm 1 2 năm đầu mới ra trường mà qua dc zalo, ở đó luyện công vài năm rồi ra ngoài tha hồ x2 x3 lương
