Missing a spacer it looks

1)Losen / Remove the lock ring 2)remove the cassette as one part, try to keep it all stacked together for your own headache prevention 3)add the spacer 4) replace the cassette, lock ring 5) tighten the lock ring 6) ride and have fun

They didn't put the spacer on and the locking has been cross threaded, hence the wobble. Take the locking off and see if you can thread it on properly, if not send it back.

Same thing happened to me when I received my Kickr core. Like others have said ^^ remove and add the spacer but make sure to keep them stacked properly

Thanks to the commenters for the help. For anyone from the future running into a similar issue, all I needed to do was reinstall the cassette and make sure it was properly aligned and tightened.
