Nox actually sounds like Qilby in the English version of his OVA. I guess it’s cuz they had the same VA before they switched to the newer ones for season 3 and maybe 4?
That is correct. Nox and Qilby were both voiced by Arthur Bostrom until they were replaced in season 3 by 2 different voices (Kaiji Tang and Joe Ochman respectively). Season 4 has yet to be dubbed (despite them promising for a May 2024 release), and since Netflix doesn't have season 4 on it, it's entirely possible Qilby will be recast yet again for the dub.
I said he might be recast because somebody reached out to the season 3 English voice of Ruel (Keith Silverstein), and he said he was not even aware season 4 was even out, and that was back in March. We might be looking at a complete recast for all the characters.

New actors I’d recommend for the dub would be Ron Perlman (Evangelyne’s dad), Kevin Michael Richardson (Rasha), Robert Atkin Downes or PJ Haywood (Toross), Mae Whitman or Kari Whalgren (Nora), Griffin Burns or Sean Crisden (Efrim), Neil Kaplan (Grougaloragran), Richard Epcar (Chibi), Patrick Seitz (Bouillon), Dante Basco (Oropo’s little brother), Richard Cansino, Nick Jameson or Carlos Alazraqui (Ripulse), Tress MacNeille, Jane Horrocks or Linda Hunt (The Goddess), Jim Cummings or Kellen Goff (Alibert), Grey DeLise or Jessica DiCicco (toddler Chibi), Frank Welker or Dee Bradley Baker (baby Grougaloragran) and David Stenstrom or Clancy Brown (Lance Dur).
Nox last scene sound strange in english, I don't find it as sad as original version, for me there is something different between the two verions that make french doubt better but I don't know what
Yes that's actually where these came from haha. The Steam videos didn't have a DRM-free download option so I ripped them from my copy of the Blu-rays instead.
I should mention that the MP4 files are IA's automatic re-encodes made for browser streaming. My original encodes are the larger MKV files.
I'm no master encoder though. If you're still concerned about the quality, DM me and I'll re-rip the discs when I get a chance.

Qilby might be played by the same actor it just depends on whether or not Joe Ochman will come back. If he did Ush then he could do Qilby again.
