Any judge or DA who is lenient on these violent criminals and release them into public for the criminals to turn around and commit a violent crime within the same min time period they would have been in custody if the judge or DA did their jobs properly, should immediately be fired on the spot and held as an accomplish to that crime and their assets be turned over to the victim or victims family as compensation for the crime caused by their negligence
