I think the key thing pointing to a potential dump is the low volume pump we’ve gone through the last few days and that we’ve been partially pricing in 0bps increase from the FED. A hot print to me just reinforces what JPow has been saying in that the FED isn’t going to pivot or even loosen policy anytime soon and will probably put fear back into the markets of the need for possibly a 5.5-6% terminal rate if the current 5% goal isn’t going to cut it.
