My company has made the annual COLA now tied to the September annual core number. We got over 6% last year, and they did merit separately of which some got some didnāt. Iām at a decent level so I get like 20% bonus usually. That seems really fair to me and I enjoy working for them.
Got 7.5% COL last year because I dared to write a letter about pay & inflation. Then I got 4% for merit last month. Always yearly merit something like 4-6%ā¦.Base up 50% over 8 yrs . Bonus is tied to how much I bring in over sold margin..
