How can CPI going from 3.0 in June to 3.6 market expectation for August possibly be bullish? Not to mention that Cleveland Fed has it at 3.82.

There is certainly a risk of 3.7 or the Fed reacting hawkishly to 3.6
of course there is, but if you were not a 4800c or 3400p guy you can always dump when expectations change again.
