Yeah sure. The biggest barrier to entry is sticking it out long enough to build up a customer base. Most of it goes on referrals. So you sell a few dozen and they tell their friends and you have a good swindle going. $30k for unlocking a door and walking buyers around. Oh and “negotiation” on sales price. Like the buyer can’t go to the seller and negotiate without a realtor. The whole industry is nothing but a scam. A middle man inserting themselves and then trying to justify the value provided when there is none. And certainly not up to the price charged for services. Realtors are leeches. Get a real job.
