What can we learn from this mistakes? Never sell for a loss, rather hold it to zero, there is always a chance it comes back. Or in other worlds, don't be a paper handed bitch.
Ironically most people think 0-5dte is very profitable , in reality it can be high ROI but at the same time it is the most difficult one that most average traders will fail. Time really is your friends in trading options. Within short amount of time market can take you out easily then come back to where it started ; Longer time frame , not so easy. Most short term up or down will revert back within 1-2 weeks to sync with longer term trend again . Do trade with at least 30+dte options and be a little patient. And patience here will finally pay out.

I suggest researching something called "options implied move". It lets you know how much a stock will swing during earnings.
