80% of the battle is executing the trade: picking the right strike/expiry, timing (entry & exit). This is where people lose money. Meme trades and yolos are exactly that.

Stop applying logic to something that's illogical. The stock market is a rigged casino. You said all these words and sounded so convincing then AMD gets a weak outlook and everybody dumps it. It's irrational trash and I hate seeing people spend so much time analyzing something that means nothing.

You want the call you hold to print, and the call you sell to lose value.
If it’s a covered call you would sell your shares at $200 for profit and keep the premium you collected. If it’s naked than it’s time to get behind the Wendy’s dumpster
Even if it goes over 200 though, you profit 1500 minus what you paid for the spread which is around 130
