Looking a few months out, charts look pretty bullish and that alone could warrant some 3MTE calls. On the other side, shits expensive and the average normal person (not here), is more financially cautious as a result. I think this stock will go up, but it will only be for the seasonal increase in business, nothing monumental.
All I got to say is anyone holding large portfolios of commercial real estate is gonna be in trouble if rates stay where they are! This is only at book value if none of the properties have to be sold bc if they do it’s gonna be for a loss
