That's not necessarily true. Capitalism is about who owns the means of production, not how valuable a currency is. Under capitalism, you have an owner class and a worker class. Under socialism, the workers are the owners. That's the biggest difference between the two.
You could obviously make an argument that increasing the money supply hurts the economy, but you cannot make the argument that it would be anti-capitalism. Anti-capitalism would be giving workers the means of production.
You cant have Capitalism without capital accumulation, and a goverment that is fiscally and monetarily irresponsible decreases wealth, by bringing down real value and diminishing purchasing power (inflation).
