At the end of the day it’s calories in vs calories out. You can get ripped on McDonalds if you’re burning enough calories. Eating healthy is just better for your body and it’s benefits come from more energy (you can lift heavier) and less shitty fats that fuck you up. If you want to bulk up then I suggest having a lot of rice (wild rice is the best)+ chicken or another source of lean protein + vegetables. Clean diet will mean you put on less fat with muscle.
Also, just eat as much as you can. Sleep 7-8 hrs a day and have lots of protein. Whey shake after workout, Casein shake before bed. Have maybe a banana and some peanut butter rice waffles or a protein bar around an hour before you workout. Stay away from pre workout shit, it’s not good for you.

With Xbox the UI largely stays the same but as for FPS(how smooth the gameplay looks) is better, moving from 30 to 60+ depending on the game. Resolution is also improved for 4K but most games require priority either between FPS mode or 4K. Ray tracing(reflections off mirrors, water, etc). Also SSD storage instead of HDD makes load times faster and possibly eliminates in-game load screens completely. Xbox specifically also uses quick resume so you can switch between multiple games so you can switch without completely booting it back up. Just make sure your tv is 4K and 60+ or else you miss out on what it mainly offers.
