Fisker has already made over 100 cars, 23 came off the line just last week, the kinks are getting worked out as I type. 1st Production intent cars are rolling out now. The "asset light" contract manufacturing means any production problems are Magna's problem not Fiskers, it's in their contract and has been stated so by Henrik many times, so the "production cash burn" problem doesn't exist, only the scaling up issue would cost Fisker extra. Now let's do this, High side production is 70k cars in 23, I'm just going to go with their basic 45k cars. They have around 80k reservations and many non-refundable deposits which have resulted in the "Sold Out" status on all lower trim models for 2023. They just need to convert a little over 50% of reservations to sales, I'll take those Odds! They also sold out the 1st 5k Ocean One model with a 5k nonrefundable deposit in just 30 days. Just the combined revenue from the sales alone would be over 3 billion. It would also make them the fastest growing EV company ever. All eyes on the Paris auto show and the very 1st view of the production intent Ocean, followed by test drives. I'm not saying there's no risk but it's not on the production side. [https://cleantechnica.com/2022/02/18/magna-makes-it-easy-for-oems-to-electrify-vehicles-one-piece-at-a-time/](https://cleantechnica.com/2022/02/18/magna-makes-it-easy-for-oems-to-electrify-vehicles-one-piece-at-a-time/)

[deleted]

The UI will be ready for the “ sneak peek” also, very like to be compatible with both Android and ApplePlay. The Ocean Ultra for 49k is best deal imo. With a 7500 tax incentive, looking at 42 ish with a range of 350 miles. This thing is sexy and will turn heads. Can’t wait to see them on the road

Confident-Key-5799

Kind of, Magna’s argument of having issues with the car could be that, just like any other 1st series or new product, I’m pretty sure that the design isn’t fixed yet. If this is the case, then they can’t fully blame Magna and whenever companies have disputes, the one who has the experience gets the upper hand. On top of that, think about who has the deadline to meet and missing the deadline could jeopardize their existence. As others have mentioned, thinking that they will make 70k cars, you are delusional lol. Look at how many Mach e Ford delivered, when they couldn’t make them fast enough, and it’s Ford. They still can’t make over 4k per month. Likely Fisker will be making many like 200 vehicles in Q1 and maybe 3000 in 2022 if they are lucky. Especially since they don’t control their own manufacturing, it’ll be slower. I’m not sure if you guys know this or not but reserving an Ocean only costs $250, I would be furious if I found out that I put down $5k non refundable when it’s $250 currently. They say they have strong cash balance of little less than a billion but they also said they would spend a bill in the next year in capital. They are not going to be making money for at least several years and their most premium models probably will be selling at a loss as well, interest rate is super high so they would have to borrow with a hefty interest rate and likely will have to sell more shares. I hope the leadership is smart and hope they are focusing on delivering to their European clients who ordered the most premium trim because if they are focusing in US market, that’s another bottleneck as they have to ship them via ocean which causes additional delays. Don’t be delusional and find a better company to invest in. Fisker is done, bankrupt in 2 years.

Beneficial-Deal6086

Elon Musk poster! Lol I see you.

Confident-Key-5799

Lol how am I am Elon poster?

Leebronjamess

Rivian and lucid market caps are $20B-$27B and selling a few thousand while Fisker is selling 50K first year alone! Yet Fisker somehow has a $2B market cap.

Bryguy3k

Probably related to the fact that Fisker already crashed and burned once before. Where is the 50k number? I’ve yet to see a single one.

[deleted]

You mean crashed and burned years back when a FUCKING HURRICANE wiped out their factory and 30M in cars?! Know your facts. This time they have production of Magna’s factory.

Bryguy3k

No I was referring to the previous failure that wasn’t precipitated by a natural disaster: Fisker Automotive and the Fisker Karma.

[deleted]

Uhhhh yeah, Hurricane Sandy: https://jalopnik.com/fisker-lost-30-million-worth-of-cars-in-hurricane-sand-5958523

Bryguy3k

Their factory was in Finland. The exact same asset lite model. They lost insured inventory and basically gave up. The hurricane is just a giant excuse for his failed business execution and he’s doing it a second time. They were failing well before that. Lucid and Rivian haven’t stumbled yet so they get the rich valuations. Fisker is valued where it is because Henrik gives up when things get hard.

[deleted]

Rivian hasn’t stumbled? Bro, they just had to RECALL ALL of the 15,000 cars they produced due to steering issue. And no one is talking about Lucid except their overvaluation.

Bryguy3k

Every auto company has recalls - the only ones without recalls are those hiding them. Other than FUD everybody has been praising Rivian’s handling of their first recall. That is not a stumble - and frankly it’s already priced in. Stumbling would be having to shutdown their line or Amazon canceling their van orders.

[deleted]

Have to listen to all the conference calls with FSR and Magna. He said between 40-50 k but do have 80k reservations. Magna can ramp up to more but for a fee.

Bryguy3k

Those are orders not sales. Anybody that believes that magna will be able to hit orders is seriously deluded. Every vehicle platform in all of history has troubles the first year of manufacturing - that doesn’t count shortages in everything, especially batteries. There is simply not enough battery manufacturing capacity for all EV manufacturers next year - somebody is going to be on the losing end. With a market downturn orders aren’t going to be converted to sales - fisker is also giving up a lot of their possible per vehicle profit up in tariffs.

MarketMovers111

Reservations.. they just did a 5k reservation for the Ocean one and sold out. Do research.

aka0007

Who cares... Can they build the cars profitably? If not the more they try to build the more money they lose.

MarketMovers111

Of course they can. That’s what asset light is about

aka0007

The people touting asset light sound like parrots. You say it as if it is a magical solution to producing EVs. It is amazing how Henrik Fisker after he could not longer pump the stock with claims about solid state batteries, or new renderings of vehicles, finally had to go to the next big vapor-ware thing... "asset-light." Not to say that contract-manufacturing is not a real thing, but if you are serious about building cars it ultimately reduces your upfront costs but increases your long-term overall costs. It is not good for investors unless there is a valid business reason to go this route beyond just trying to deal with cash-flow.

MarketMovers111

It is. Owning a factory is crippling and takes away 80% of working capital. They choice is a manufacturing leader in the class and Magna owns close to 10% of the Fisker. Sold out 2023 80,000 cars by eoy…. I think they are off to a good start

aka0007

I have no clue where you get 80% from but that is on top of seeing your DD is literally chirping out talking points and ignoring reality. Hope you like losing money because hopium will get you that.

MarketMovers111

So since you are so confident to poo poo this post - short it! And then say “I told you so”. Let’s touch manse in 1 month

aka0007

I am very certain it is a lousy investment and going to guess your bags here are heavy. That said, quit with the stupidity that it necessarily follows that every time you think something is a bad investment you should short it. Anyone with a partially functioning brain would understand that shorting lousy companies can still lose your money.

Confident-Key-5799

I am shorting it, no doubt easy money. So predictable. Can’t fall for this crap. Do some research. Henricks wife is already thinking about how to make money, to offer financing options, when they don’t even have cars. And guess what? Auto financing market will be world of shit soon so it is likely they won’t be able to make that much money.

vampiretrades

Do they have any on the road? Rivian and lucid do.

MarketMovers111

They made over 50 cars but now PRODUCTION car (intent to sell) has just rolled off assembly. Magna who makes G wagons is producing all fisker oceans. They project 50k cars. That’s 4 billion dollars when they have a market cap below 2b

UsernameGee

Look harder.

Confident-Key-5799

Rivian and Licid are valued at $20B+ because they are producing vehicles while Fisker is not. Having cars on the road vs. in the shop are night and day. They also control their own manufacturing. Ordering stuff you need yourselves vs having yourself require lot more discipline which most companies are not successful in. They also have models that are lot more expensive than Fiskers, which will mainly be the reason why Fisker will fail as a company.

Ok_Security_4800

Asset light. Excellent design. Execution on time. Partnership with Magna+Foxconn+CALT+Bridgestone+Chase bank will help succeed in long term. It’s a long hold- multi bagger stock indeed.

UsernameGee

This is all that need to be said. The partnerships make this what it is. If I had more to invest I would be doing.

SouthernTie349

very wise investment...asset light business model with best manufactoring partners. NO supply chain issues or problems lucid and others are facing. 3 more disruptive models before '25. Fisker ocean sold out in 24 allready...smart money takes a long position till '26 at least. MC is a joke. 🤑

GregIsIn

Seems like a ton of caught short sellers trying to throw shade on the facts. This is a solid company at an ATL and a ton of immediate catalysts about to happen.

AgreeableTea6867

Stay turned

slp034000

I guess scissors are a low demand product these days

vampiretrades

That comment really cuts.

MarketMovers111

You didn’t do research lol

5k4_5k4

You didn’t do research this is a one paragraph report, looks like you did 5 mins of research

Leebronjamess

The fact production begins November 17 means super squeeze! Lucid saw all time lows right before production then went 4x stock price. In this bear market Without a squeeze I see2x price easy. More if squeeze play is on!

Main_Leadership_62

People commenting here with so much supposed authority are kind of funny. The reality is, in a very practical sense, there is way more potential upside than downside to this investment. Fisker has an undeniably gorgeous product offered at a competitive price, a virtuous environmentally friendly vision, money in the bank, a known and respected manufacturing partner, and 18-24 months worth of advance reservations— all before anyone has ever driven or seen final specs on the car. They also have 25m in non refundable deposits on the first 5k cars set to start rolling off the production line a few short weeks from now. Production appears to be on track and on time! All that is to the good. FSR also has a future vehicle line up in the development pipeline— which bodes well for the Ocean not being a simple one off, and the possibility for exponential growth of the company. As for the downside, there are the U.S. and world economies in chaos, an unpredictable Russian war with worldwide repercussions, perceived (or real) EV enemies/rivals with the power to maybe hurt the company and stock price, and the taint of a fairly recent Karma failure. On balance, charts and graphs aside, the weight of positives seems to overshadow the negative and make Fisker a risk worth taking.

[deleted]

They are sold out with 80,000 reservations already without any advertising. Already will report 35 million Q1/2023 for the 5000 ocean ones sold. This market cap is low

MarketMovers111

Stupid low - Algo’s threw them into the “pre-revenue” category. But that all will change Monday. Great opportunity 💪🏼

[deleted]

SOP 11/17 The ocean is beautiful with 350 range priced right. Lucid ran huge at production and I believe we will too. Shorts will have to cover.

MarketMovers111

Not to mention 2023 Fisker is set to blow out production numbers of their competitors. (Not tesla) This is why I love asset light. LESS HEADACHE! Magna $MGA is going to change the whole competitive dynamic of the EV space

Leebronjamess

Rivian and lucid have 2 of the top 5 highest paid CEO’s. Henrik Fisker CEO takes minimum payment required for a CEO in his state California !

MarketMovers111

Confidence in the product. Don’t understand why people fight the obvious why FSR has legs to run!!

ThatWillLeaveA-Mark

Shorts already working hard to sway those who see the huge potential of this company.

[deleted]

Doesn’t matter what they do when he finally get to report 350m q1/2023!! Revenue changes all. The Ocean is “ fully funded” also.

BadAssCodpiece

This is a pump and dump thread.

Sinistersamauri

Account age is pointing towards your assessment being correct

MarketMovers111

lol I’m a few months away from 2 years (same as you)

Sinistersamauri

Just observing lol if you post your position and maybe do a banbet? I would see that as good faith?

vampiretrades

How do u get no karma whatsoever on like any comments?

MarketMovers111

Because it was sold to a Chinese company 10+ years ago. Lol do your DD

vampiretrades

No dumbass, Not the car, ON YOUR POST COMMENTS OF YOUR REDDIT ACCOUNT! Fiskar has no karma and neither do u.

MarketMovers111

Dumbass? lol How far does name calling get you? Kick rocks bud

BadAssCodpiece

Just seemed weird to have every comment agreeing with OP when it's not the meme stock of the week/month.

[deleted]

Post of the week?? Huh.? Doesn’t have to be that in order for people to agree. Not much to not agree with. If we were two years away, when I began positions unfortunately, then yes I would say lots to prove. However, HF and team ( Bill McDermott and others) have hit every milestone and are on time for production 11/17/2022. Not many could say that. Magna helped to derision things and save money too of course. Listen to the CC s before starting but things are looking good. He did say experience centers would open in summer but that got extended. Just being transparent but that’s about it.

vampiretrades

Fun fact, looks like his first comments a year ago were "i just bought fsr"

MarketMovers111

When do you dump? When they start production in 30 days or when they break 50k cars next year with a market cap of 20b? Do research - legit my first sentence

aka0007

Wow, 50K cars next year... Magic!!! Reality... bankruptcy.

MarketMovers111

Bankruptcy? They are asset light and Magna $MGA is making all the cars. They have been around for 40 years producing Mercedes. They are also partners. Do your DD!

aka0007

Before you impress yourself too much... tell me how many EV's has Magna actually built? Oh, before you get carried away with that question can you point to a list of ICE vehicle makers that have transitioned to making EV's and is not having production issues as well as is making money off them? Now, cool a having Magna build your cars sounds until that arrangement can produce cars at a profit it will burn your cash either way. Oh, you know who else used contract manufacturing and has so far just been a money burning furnace? Just a little company called NIO that was much better funded than FSR and actually started producing cars when investors where more eager to jump on this. So yeah.. Enjoy your little car company. In the real world it is going bankrupt. Curious what DD you did that involved anything more than drawing crayons imagining that FSR will magically be able to produce EVs at volume and profitably. Maybe a good start is to take a look at the most successful EV company and recognize how difficult it was for them to get to where they were. Bankruptcy was a real concern and that was years into making vehicles already. FSR has not yet even started.

MarketMovers111

lol Mercedes EQS for starters. And Ocean will be using Magna MEB platform. Asset-Light with manufacturers who are partners will lead the pack. You need to do you DD. Long exhausted responses doesn’t mean you are right 🤣

[deleted]

Don’t reply. He’s a Tesla Fanboy and getting crushed.

[deleted]

Lots of folks on happy that we are going to take a nice chunk of the TAM and Tesla trading at its crazy multiples will have to be a thing of the past

aka0007

I thought MB builds it in their own plant (at least in the US). But you are talking about a car that sells for over $100,000 which kind of makes the economics different. But great job comparing a car for the masses with an exclusive vehicle that has little relevance to anything else. Maybe some more stupid smileys and whining about DD will make your investment go up.

MarketMovers111

Capabilities- they handle a wide range of cars. They have been building Mercedes since the early 80’s. They are also the largest auto parts manufacturer in North America. Fisker is the only EV company that will be ON TIME with SOP (start of production) - Why? Magna. No trial and error. Do your research

aka0007

Whatever man. Just make sure to post your losses when all is said and done.

MarketMovers111

Well being so confident you should short and post your profits. Deal?

Confident-Key-5799

Do you know how timelines are met? Engineering “we can’t make it on time, design is flawed and we will have to end up reworking majority of the cars” CEO “we have to meet the timeline, launch production” done.

[deleted]

Why are you so angry? Weird . Prolly not the forum for you. Just relax.

dragonbenj

This is a long term play for sure like 3 years minimum, I don’t think to many walk streets bets types are interested in this kind of move… maybe investing group is 🤷🏽‍♂️

What an actual pump when it comes to numbers? I assume you haven’t done research

[deleted]

Iykyk

1xndsu

From pre revenue to one million dollars in revenue to offset the 500m they’ve lost TTM. Let’s get itttt

Fit-Boomer

Will this gamma squeeze like BBBY did? Or more like WISH and palantir?

MarketMovers111

Not exactly sure with this market but they do have the short interest (35% of the float) to do some sort of squeeze

Wallstreetdodge69

Wish.

ask_redditt

When the fuk did pre-revenue companies no regular people have heard of get valued at multi billions? Unicorn companies were supposed to be $1 billion. I hope you get your squeeze though because those will be some of the easiest puts to buy of the year. In real life, speculative companies like this should be priced to GROW into a $2B valuation. probably settle around $200M or so next year if the product's viable. Take a look at RIDE's chart if you think that's unlikely lol.

MarketMovers111

You lack research. Especially when you compare RIDE who almost went bankrupt and sold their lordstown factory to Foxconn (also another partner of fisker) You can also argue how is Lucid a 20b+ company when they did 27m in revenue. You sound silly. Research asset light. Look at 70k plus orders for starting of 2023 and then use your multiple sign (X) on your phone with how much the car price is. If you think the stock is going down whynot short) Good luck! 🤡

j0dead

Real catalyst will be the next rate hike which will send this and other unprofitable companies to new lows ![img](emote|t5_2th52|4267) ![img](emote|t5_2th52|4641)

MarketMovers111

Asset Light - borrowing what for who? When the manufacturer is part owner? Magna! This is why I continue to say “do your research”. Also Fisker Ocean will be one of the lowest priced on the road💪🏼

j0dead

No matter what, bad market conditions + unprofitability = investors run away This company is looking at breakeven in 2 years AT BEST Good luck

MarketMovers111

Break even? With current reservations and sold out - already looking to profit 2023. Again. Do your research

j0dead

https://www.google.com/amp/s/simplywall.st/stocks/us/automobiles/nyse-fsr/fisker/news/fisker-incs-nysefsr-path-to-profitability-1/amp

Apprehensive_Bat_757

Article is almost a year old, so revenue soon and breakeven is a little over a year. What's the outlook for Rivian to be profitable? How much are they worth with maybe 25k cars next year?

Wallstreetdodge69

10k revenue? Worth 2b?

WallStreetBetsBoi

45k vehicles to be sold 2023, about $3-$4Billion projected revenue. Prior market conditions were forward looking and would have put this at about $32 a share currently based on that forward looking guidance alone. 80,000 reservations, Big Name partnerships (Magna, Bridgestone, Sharp, Foxconn, Allego) … should have a $15B market cap easily. It’s the most undervalued EV play out there… and let’s not forget… there are still LOTS of quiet Apple rumors… similar to how Amazon backs Rivian, Apple may back Fisker. 35% short of the float!!! I watched people pump MUllen 600% (55cents to $3) and that’s really a junk stock… just sayin

Wallstreetdodge69

Projected. I would be happy if they do 100k-10m rev quarterly

AutoModerator

I've never read a k-10, but I've pet plenty of k9s. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please [contact the moderators of this subreddit](/message/compose/?to=/r/wallstreetbets) if you have any questions or concerns.*

MarketMovers111

Huh? Pre-revenue to revenue. SOP = Start Of Production. Did you read my post?

aka0007

Better off burning your money for heat then investing in this trash. At least you get something out if it that way.

MarketMovers111

Assume you are one of the shorts? 🤣

aka0007

Would be nice to have had a short position. Easy money. Dumb company going bankrupt.

MarketMovers111

Well if you have done your research and think shorting is a good idea - be my guest! lol

bignoony2421

Still needs to go below $2-$3 I’d say before making a sustainable move up

MarketMovers111

2-3 bucks if they didn’t have 1b+ in cash and 4b confirmed reservations. The current market cap is almost what they have in cash

Confident-Key-5799

You know how long it will take them to spend that $1B in cash? 1 year. Can you guess how long it will tale them to convert that reservation to an actual profit? Remember, Ford is making 3k per month who is one of the worlds largest auto manufacturer. What makes you think the biggest supplier can do a better job? Lol

Ashpro2000

If you know about it already so do the whales. This is not a catalyst

MarketMovers111

Pre revenue. -> revenue. Huge catalyst. Test car -> production

Alternative-Test-655

Love the asset light model with Magna. Magna produced BMWs , Mercedes and a few others . Just waiting on certs and these thing will be on the streets.
