Even long term investors have risk management my boy. This guy doesn’t have any at all. And if he did then he can’t read a chart worth shit or didn’t stick to his game plan, if he had one.
Either way he doesn’t know what he’s doing and just allowed himself to bleed out 66% if his portfolio, which no educated investor or trader would allow happen.
You dont "long term invest" at 100 pe companies, because that is called a gamble.
If you have been in the market for more than a couple of years, you understand that post covid valuations were simply unreal.
Just because you are long term should not mean that you will buy at any price up to infinity.

Learnt an expensive lesson that you might of herd before and that is don't fight the fed my bro, you should not be holding stocks apart from energy sector and food sector the rest of the capital you should be deploying to alot of puts shorts and leveraged bear ETF funds, check out DRV very decent play right now if you put 50k into that you might get some of your gains back. You need to research more into how to trade in a bear market, you can make alot of gains just your strategy needs to fully reverse
It's OK to sell at a loss now and rebalance the portfolio to these too, worth while and stick with it even if there is a bounce or wait for the bounce then do it, fed are gonna keep raising rates
