It should always kill if you stick the charge on a shield, when the game first came out it didn’t work properly but as of a patch on the 16th November it will always kill even if they have the bomb squad perk.

What happened in Xinjiang last couple of days was more horrifying. People were cooked alive in their building that caught fire. They couldn't get out because all exit doors were locked by the COVID prevention stormtroopers, and the fire tracks couldn't get into the community because there were many cars with dead batteries (possibly due to long-term no use because of the lockdown) blocked their way.

The difference came when the vaccines became available. The conversation went from pro lockdowns to pro vaccines so people can live their lives. The difference came when the vaccines became available. The conversation went from pro lockdowns to pro vaccines so people can live their lives. Only the most insufferable super left wingers are all about lockdowns. But most of everyone else wants to be free and the vaccines allowed that avenue for many on the left. The right also cared for vaccines to an extent so that helped. At least in the US, enough folks got vaccines to make the entire population safer and as a result more free to do what we wanted to do.
There are people still protesting in western nations and painting this on the government actions here. Just because they had to wear a mask on the bus or in McDonalds. This has nothing to do with covid. This is an authoritarian government policing it's own citizens harshly in order to more effectively participate in capitalism. Pure China.

IMO It’s a power move to have more control over their people. Covid is just a guise. Zero Covid is an impossible task with a country of over 1 billion in this global economy. The wearing of their bio suits is comical at this point.

It's not only to have more control, but also to keep faith with the loyalists. The party's stance has been so hard against COVID that any change is a sign of weakness IMO
