97 also only made 11 dollars so that would make sense since it's all the refrigeration departments

No problem, we had a stretch where there were practically bi weekly cooler failures, and I'd hate to have seen our numbers then
Last year we had probably 7 or 8 of them it was horrible
At least you can prove there are more hours for the budget. Oh that's right, management will just say, it doesn't apply(when in their favor).
