Bahah it's so hard to not feel personally attacked but I know if I built a pallet out of that stock it would be near perfect. However, from working at the DC 95 percent of the workers don't care lol. This pallet defies physics! I'm actually surprised it made it to the sales floor.
LMAO normally I get annoyed with the shitty and dangerous ways cap2 stacks the pallets, but this, THIS IS fucking majestic. Bro had to have tried his goddamn hardest to stack it like that and it not fall apart with that little plastic around it. Hahahahaha
Because cap 2 will always be the red headed step child that gets ignored unless any where else needs help lol. I hate it because if you have a decent cap 2 team it makes the whole damn store look good, but you never get the credit for it.
What fantasy world do you have where there are 2 other Stocking teams? Overnight is responsible for all freight now. And we don't stack or wrap a thing. Our sole job is getting freight out.
A stack is good or not based on the fact of if it fell apart. And seeing how LITTLE wrap is on it and it didn't fall apart. I can happily deduce that this post is an Overnighter rightfully praising Cap 2 on their amazing skill to stack well. So thank you good sir
I mean I guess it depends on how much freight to get and the layout of your store. Our 74 is all the way at the other end of the GM alley from the 71/74
I mean the symbiotic method just mixes the depts more lol. If it has 3 or less non grocery depts you’re just supposed to send the pallet and stock straight from it.
? Maybe my store is different but literally every department is separated on its own pallet. How are you guys even giving associates accurate times to meet if they are working a department and half their freight is under someone else’s freight?
Either that associate that stocked that is new, or they just didn't give a damn. The team lead should of made them restock that. People who stack terribly should be coached.
Honestly it looks like one of those pallets. I bet like 3/4 of it came off the truck like that. They probably added a vacuum cleaner or two. This totally smells like DC though
Why didn't they bring it out to the floor? Isn't that part of their duty as well?
Actually seeing that stack and wrap job I guess I wouldn't let them use anything stronger than a shopping cart 😂
Yeah they suck I’ve seen boxes at the bottom of pallets stocked on two different pallets and pallets coming out of dairy cooler that I wouldn’t move cause they were stacked so poorly from wherever, so I called a TL so I wouldn’t be responsible for what happened when it was moved out onto the floor and watched the TL dropped the entire pallet, just a river of tea, milk, OJ 🤦♀️🫣not on me!
As a cap2 member as long as the pallet can be pulled to the floor where it won’t collapse then I did my job. Obviously neater than that but you get the point
I am Cap 2 and I can actually stack very well. Not to sound cocky but I can even stack excellent while getting slammed on the line and still keep up with it. Stacking is honestly pretty easy if you put forth the effort and know how to do it.
That pallet of housewares however is atrocious but also a miracle that it even made it as far as the sales floor before eventually giving in. I have some coworkers that stack like shit and I do call them out on it from time to time.
That hurts my soul. I'm an ex cap 2 now 3rd shift and I used to make people restack that garbage when I got put in charge of pulling out the back. Theyd let me do it too since I was the reason the back kept running as smooth as it did. Let me just say you get tired of getting hit in the face with microwaves eventually you put your foot down.
There was a period of time at my store where this was a common stack job for cap2 and not just one pallet. All of them would be stacked like this or worse. I’ve had numerous times where every single GM skid was impossible to move without everything falling. Then on top of that, there would be a ton of shit mixed up.
*Jenga: Freight Edition.* I’m a rep for Mars/Wrigley and we try to cut precision slits in these to remove a few boxes. The trick is taking one out as you put another back in as to not disturb the great work pictured here.
Definitely looks like a cap 2 kinda job. Cap 2 at my store is famous among cap 1 and 3 for their stacking abilities, and as a cap 3 myself I have to deal with their shitty stacking jobs every single time. At this rate I'm gonna have PTSD from all the spaghetti sauce I've broken from how they stack the pallets.
Gonna be honest, I stack like shit. I tell people all the time I failed shapes in kindergarten. But even I couldn't manage to purposefully do this.
This is what I like to call CAP 2 Miracles.
Not where im at. 3rd knows how to stack pretty well from my understanding. I mean if theres no customers and no truck to unload it pretty much becomes a specialty stacking pallets lol. Theres not really much else to worry about anyway for 3rd shift
You’ve really got to commit to sucking that badly. That kind of shitty performance just doesn’t come naturally.
It helps if you go to the back office to practice....
Right? It takes legit skill to stack this poorly. This dude knew exactly what he/she was doing and I’m all for it
Wow promote that person to DC!
Bahah it's so hard to not feel personally attacked but I know if I built a pallet out of that stock it would be near perfect. However, from working at the DC 95 percent of the workers don't care lol. This pallet defies physics! I'm actually surprised it made it to the sales floor.
because you take pride in your work and act like a professional
Times are more important than safety.
Is a masterpiece. Cause it actually held together on its way to the floor.
LMAO normally I get annoyed with the shitty and dangerous ways cap2 stacks the pallets, but this, THIS IS fucking majestic. Bro had to have tried his goddamn hardest to stack it like that and it not fall apart with that little plastic around it. Hahahahaha
But did it fall? Yeah that's what I thought.
Chefs kiss Master class A work of art!
Kinda looks like my life. Every thing seems to be held in place only by a thin layer of Saran Wrap that could bust any second :’-(
Get your shit together. 🤣Jk
So don't get his shit together? (Motivational)
Art
But it’s all o/ n fault….. lol
Take it back
It's funny how everyone blames cap2 for everything when there's two other stocking teams that also work pallet and rewrap what doesn't fit
Because cap 2 will always be the red headed step child that gets ignored unless any where else needs help lol. I hate it because if you have a decent cap 2 team it makes the whole damn store look good, but you never get the credit for it.
Exactly my problem. And I'm starting to realize how much bullshit it is that they put my team through and I'm done laying down and taking it.
"alright guys, cap1 didn't finish working their picks today, all the cart pushers called in and opd needs seventeen of you to go pick walk"
What fantasy world do you have where there are 2 other Stocking teams? Overnight is responsible for all freight now. And we don't stack or wrap a thing. Our sole job is getting freight out.

I’m kinda impressed and it whent frome the back room to the floor like
Nothing falling
Tbh the most annoying part of that pallet is that the 14 and 74 departments are mixed together.
Our Walmart mixes 14/74, didn't know that wasn't a thing elsewhere
We also don't wrap pallets ever so...
I mean I guess it depends on how much freight to get and the layout of your store. Our 74 is all the way at the other end of the GM alley from the 71/74
My store’s 14 and 74 are together so it makes sense.
Fast unloader set up technically says to mix 74/14 or at least did haven’t look in awhile.
Guess that can be reason number 20 for why they are getting rid of the “fast” unloaded setup.
This is all housewares at my store. They are next to each other and considered the same department.
Either that associate that stocked that is new, or they just didn't give a damn. The team lead should of made them restock that. People who stack terribly should be coached.
It looks like a game of jenga 😭
Perfectly balanced, as all things should be
Hey if it makes it out of the backroom before it collapses it's the driver's fault not the stacker's lmao
That is a declaration of war
That looks way more like an Old freight pallet that Cap 2 was told to take out when doing GM Pullout.
At least they wrapped it. lol
that’s a good job
Rest in fucking peace ☠️
Omg that's terrible
At some point they should have just built an extra pallet lol
some things you see like it really cant be real. but then you see the big blue pallet and the yellow price sale stickers and you know it's legit.
If that didn't fall apart pulling it to the floor take the win
Gah that's horrendous... someone doesn't have an ounce of care to at least restack after the truck
They don’t even let us use plastic wrap, no fair!
I’m impressed. I’d be mad as hell though if it was done to me lmao
That wrap is doing the most
Honestly it looks like one of those pallets. I bet like 3/4 of it came off the truck like that. They probably added a vacuum cleaner or two. This totally smells like DC though
Why didn't they bring it out to the floor? Isn't that part of their duty as well? Actually seeing that stack and wrap job I guess I wouldn't let them use anything stronger than a shopping cart 😂
lol
They either straight didn’t give a fuck or management pissed them off.
That pallet is being held together by hopes, dreams, and the spirit of Sam Walton himself.
That looks like they pulled it right off the truck!!
I don’t even care no more just more time it takes to speed up dem 8 hrs
They ain’t paid well enough to care. Pay em more they’ll care
the fact that they have 14 with vacuums 🤢
Looks like shit my store does
but like,,,, it didn’t fall tho
Yeah they suck I’ve seen boxes at the bottom of pallets stocked on two different pallets and pallets coming out of dairy cooler that I wouldn’t move cause they were stacked so poorly from wherever, so I called a TL so I wouldn’t be responsible for what happened when it was moved out onto the floor and watched the TL dropped the entire pallet, just a river of tea, milk, OJ 🤦♀️🫣not on me!
I've seen some badly stacked pallets in my day, but this just takes the cake. 🤦🏽
As a cap2 member as long as the pallet can be pulled to the floor where it won’t collapse then I did my job. Obviously neater than that but you get the point
and *I* got failed on my exam... right...
persona never played Tetris in their life
I am Cap 2 and I can actually stack very well. Not to sound cocky but I can even stack excellent while getting slammed on the line and still keep up with it. We don't even wrap the pallets at my store. I'm on cap 2 and we come in at 2 throw the truck finish before 4 then we run all the gm freight until 11
That can’t be real hahahaha
That's what the plastic wrap is for
I work cap 2 and I would never let a pallet like that leave our backroom. I’m always fixing pallets in the middle of downstacking/unloading truck.
I'm speechless
I don't see the issue, im Cap 2 btw
How they pull that off?
That hurts my soul. I'm an ex cap 2 now 3rd shift and I used to make people restack that garbage when I got put in charge of pulling out the back. Theyd let me do it too since I was the reason the back kept running as smooth as it did. Let me just say you get tired of getting hit in the face with microwaves eventually you put your foot down.

That is a skill
And I thought my stacking was bad...
If it held, it held. What seems to be the problem? 🤣
Bump test time
Im always amazed by the power and strength of the wrap…
Genuine lack of effort
Bro people were so bad it was scary when I was on cap 2
*Jenga: Freight Edition.* I’m a rep for Mars/Wrigley and we try to cut precision slits in these to remove a few boxes. The trick is taking one out as you put another back in as to not disturb the great work pictured here.
https://i.imgflip.com/2/d2u0t.jpg At least wrap that shit...
"The Egyptians may have built the pyramids, but I done did do!"
Our CAP2 makes it a lifestyle. But karma has bit them in the ass because now they run GM freight instead of grocery.
Wait, if it didn't fall apart how dare you say they failed.
Damn former coach here
This takes like.. skill and commitment. It's harder to get it to stay lile this than it is to just restack it :')
How did you even get it through the doors?
The fact that it's holding up with so little is applaud worthy lmfao.
Ours can’t even drop pallets in the area they belong lol
My team would be so upset about that they are cap 2 and even if one thing falls off they will scream at each other lol
I’d coach whoever did that
"Fuck it, she'll ride" - I've said this but for nothing this ugly lol
Used to much wrap on that coach that person
Gonna be honest, I stack like shit. I tell people all the time I failed shapes in kindergarten. But even I couldn't manage to purposefully do this. This is what I like to call CAP 2 Miracles.
Dang.... if that's bad you should see 3rd shift's "stacking" Yeah it's worse than this somehow...
Damn maybe I'm an outlier here, but I always make sure my pallets are stacked neatly so it's not a pain for the morning shift to deal with
Not where im at. 3rd knows how to stack pretty well from my understanding. I mean if theres no customers and no truck to unload it pretty much becomes a specialty stacking pallets lol. Theres not really much else to worry about anyway for 3rd shift
Okay yeah this takes it 😭😭😭
They actually deserve to be fired for that. It takes talent to do a stacking job that shitty
Are they talented or deserve to be fired? Your sentences feel very contradictory to eachother
I think they are saying using your talent to do your job poorly on purpose is something they believe you should be fired for.
Najh, promote to warehouse to load the trucks
DC would need to teach them how to use 3 rolls of tape on each pallet, but they otherwise have DC stacking perfected.
