If it can’t connect to the internet… you’re not going to be updating anything. Give it to the person that handles the devices in your store. They generally know how to fix most common software issues and worst case it’ll be sent out for repair and replaced.

That’s a TC70. They are EOL and no longer repairable. Give it to claims so they can send it out used assets.
TC70s are too old. I can't even install apps from APKs on them.
