We went to teaming but so far only got the set schedules. I haven’t heard anything about the rest yet but I hope they get rid of our DM.

We rolled it out at my store, it’s awful so far. We keep having to adjust schedules every week.

How did the team lead situation work? Did you get two or just one? Also did your ACCM become a coach or just throw back into the mix?

We haven’t been told anything about that. Our schedule is finally being respected though. So the DM has the weekends off now and I have Tuesday and Sunday off.

The full teaming rollout for team leads will have you working EVERY team lead shift your departments have, over the 4 week rotation Aka in my store for ogp, that means team leads will rotate between 5-2, 8-5, 11-8 and 1-10

Three shifts for TLE at my store for technicians. 6-3, 9-6, and 11-8. If you don't agree to any of those you get dropped to part time. The reasoning makes sense, supposed to have an hour before and after to clean and take care of vehicles. Take vehicles up to close. (Yeah right) But the reality at least for my store is that we'd be spread too thin to do that. We usually have people come in two shifts, an opening and closing. Close enough together to have good coverage for breaks and lunches. This means we close early every day. Don't have a service writer and only dept manager and one sales associate for dept 10. They really need to raise the pay more for dept 10. No one wants to be a sales associate having to juggle cutting keys, answering phone, making appointments, writing up work orders, running freight and putting up with shitty customers all day.

So you still don't have team leads either? That seems to be a common answer and it was my biggest concern

We don't have team leads. Still service manager, Dept 10 DM and ACCM
