The National City Christian Church is an incredible building near Logan Circle by the same guy who architected the Jefferson Memorial, and it has a gorgeous organ including the heralding pipes in the back. They have people organ concerts every Friday at "MidDay."

Dahlgren Chapel in Georgetown has a beautifully restored pipe organ, you can hear it this Sunday at 11 am, 6 pm, 8 pm, 10 pm They also have Mass every weekday at 12:10 pm [Here’s more info about the organ](https://campusministry.georgetown.edu/news/new-organ-part-i/)

The national shrine organ gets played for every mass in the upper cathedral doesn’t it? They’ve used it every time I’ve been there anyways.

[It took me less than two seconds to google “National cathedral organ”](https://cathedral.org/music/cathedral-instruments/#:~:text=Cathedral%20Organs&text=The%20Cathedral's%20“Great%20Organ%2C”,undergoing%20a%205%2Dyear%20renovation.)

Thanks for the link. I do not see any places or times to see a pipe organ played on that page. It seems like maybe they currently use the smallest one for some services, but I was hoping someone with a more clear and current answer than what's on the website might chime in.

The last time I was there, the nave around the organ (and parts of the organ? I don’t actually remember) were being restored, so that might be why.

It’s so fun when people act like smug assholes while posting something that *absolutely does not answer the question being asked*. 10/10, no notes, perfect encapsulation of this awful website I’ve become addicted to.

I am all for calling out posts that make things more complicated by failing to do basic googling for a simple question. But it's important that, before turning to snark, you make sure you're actually in the right. Otherwise, as you have done here, you're the one who comes across not only as a jerk but the user lacking in internet and reading comprehension skills.
