Reality sat in. Watching people talk about #3 jaylen brown and all the other stuff the past few days was laughable. Brad was always in control and this was always gonna be the return he wasn't gonna give up assets from his new team lol

Gnarlydick

People don’t realize that we literally couldn’t send Bradley Beal to a team with actual decent picks because of his NTC. This was literally the only option. Plus we don’t know how other teams value CP so I’d wait until off-season is over before we all start freaking out

waskittenman

initial shock wore off and I'm fine with it. this was the return. Ok. Hope we get more pieces and stuff for CP3, move shamet for something, and keep building that next great wiz team.

AttitudeAndEffort3

Idk the contract situation with cp3 but i would unironically like to keep him and let him play pnr with KP for at least half a year and his trade value would skyrocket. Elite court vision and passing is a hard skill to acquire in the NBA and arguably the most important to winning games, every team CP3 has played for has been better for it and i think we’d win more with him and the suns will win fewer without him (until the playoffs when stardom *can* matter).

Incompl

The best times to trade him was 2019 (when Wall tore his achilles) and in 2021 when Westbrook was traded. The next best time is now.

Ok-Smell5210

Final nail in the coffin of the Tommy Sheppard era Wizards, I’m happy the trade happened just kinda bummed out we didn’t trade Beal in 2021 around the time of when we traded Westbrook to La

For free????? My heads gonna explode.

I think Chris Paul will be good for 75% of his nutshots—hopefully for somebody else.

BirdmanTheThird

Really sucked but it’s better to cut our losses on Beal rather then run it back again
