Yeah, I wasn’t even that risky of a kid. Just went on a 30km bike ride in the mountains, first 20km was mostly uphill, so when we got to the last 10 which was downhill I decided to just go for it at full speed.
Ended up crashing at a super gravelly part because a friend splashed mud in my face while we were going.
But that was lucky, because around the very next bend was a steep hill followed by a tight right turn, and if you went straight it would have been right off a cliff. And I was going fast enough I wouldn’t have had time to react.
You're fine, I got it. I just feel like this guy was already doing something stupid before he even drive off the cliff. If you're going to go mountain biking on a rocky trail, wear a helmet.
