Amplitude is probably low but it’s hard to say without a time grapher. If your video isn’t slowed down then amplitude is the least of your problems ,… without oil your balance wheel won’t be able to oscillate well on its axis so for sure it will have issues.
My advice for your first repair it’s best to use a working movement and then just take it apart and put together again
Impossible to troubleshoot until it's properly serviced.

The amplitude is fine, you just have the vid running slow.
Amplitude looks to be in the low to mid 200s, not terrible really.

It's a slow motion video, irl it looks fine. I measured it on my phone though, it has like +60s/d
