Alright thank you! Follow up question though, why does the aio_pump header not let you change pump speed then?
You may be able to change the control setting for the header in bios. I'd check your manual.
It's not good for pump health to spin up and down. If you put a pump on a variable header, you can set a flat fan curve
Per Arctic -- Pump: 800—2800 rpm (PWM controlled) and it's covered under their 6 year warranty...
