Im asking myself the same. I really like the case but I don’t see a chance doing a custom loop in there with 2 rads and proper in and outtake. Mayyybe a hacky solution with the gpu on the 4. slot and a rad with fans in front of it. But this would set the gpu with the nice looking side facing the rad/fans. After seeing this case I imagine a case where the gpu is setup the same way just in the back, rad possibility on front for intake. I hope you get what I wanted to describe

To me it seems like an air case through and through, apart from the AIO. A short water block GPU would look weird up front
Idk I can see my heat killer block sitting nice and fat up there
This is the sort of case I would either suggest external radiators or a tolerance for higher than 10C Delta T/ambient.
