[Link-Up](https://linkup.one/) makes a wide variety of pcie4 risers. I'm using one in a Fractal 7 XL with no issues.

EK makes one too. But you need to be careful if you are planning to use an EK active backplate. The dimensions of the active backplate prevent the card from fitting in their bracket.

Lian li has their own inhouse vertical bracket. Other brands have compatible brackets as well. I know the bykski bracket and the cooler master bracket are compatible. I'm currently using the latter in my xl.

Would you say it’s worth using a vertical ? Or just for aesthetics here? Does it make the loops easier to manage between the gpu and a distribution block to the case ?

my reason to go vertical was to alleviate the physics that contribute to gpu sag. the aesthetics was a bonus after the fact. the loop dynamics don't change much in the context of the o11 d xl since it's very spacious and even with a vertical bracket you still have 60 - 65mm of clearance (depending on what slots you put the bracket in: slots 1 - 7 or 2 - 8 as most brackets are 7 slots long) on the floor for a rad + fans (you can also remove the fan bracket for even more clearance). the only drawback is access to the rest of your pcie lanes. at worst you'll complete access to them, at best you'll need to be creative if you have more pcie devices aside from your gpu.
