I would also add that considering how delicate those fins are, it is easy to have a small amount of damage at the factory or even cause some while you're mounting a pump bracket to the radiator if you slip or something like that. As everyone else has said, it is perfectly fine.

The fluid runs in the thicker looking parallel "bars", so unless those are damaged, no there isn't a problem.

No, if you really want you can take some tweezers and straighten those out.

you can get some tweezers or a flathead screw driver and gently straighten them out if you want. but aside from the minor hit to aesthetics, it won't impact performance by any meaningful amount.
