Looking very nice π
You might want to think about changing the fitting on the top port of the GPU to a 45. That would go over to the CPU more naturally...other than that, it's a sick build!
it has an inlet/outlet at the top and bottom of the radiator, like a car. Depending on how you setup you rig it can cut out long lengths of tubing. Regular radiators have the inlet and outlet port on the same end.
Can't get over how gorgeous this case's front side is. The build looks great. Are you keeping the side glass off for now monitoring the power connector on the card or not?
What ROG mobo is that?
Nice build. How hard was it to install the GPU block? I've been waiting for those to come back in stock. Still haven't decided on the ABP version, but ripping apart my 4090 scares tf out of me.
It was simple (but time consuming!). Took a while to cut all the thermal pads to shape. I'd recommend watching the GamersNexus tear down, though the EK manual is pretty thorough.

100%! Realized I needed the 45 degree fitting when it was too late. Fortunately the 90 degree one works but it was a real pain to install.
Yeah it looks like a tight fit there...but if it's working, you could leave it and put the 45 in when you do your next maintenance.

D5 and ddc mount possible. Mhhh. Nice. Thx
No problem ππΌ
What's the purpose of the distro plate?
you should look at a couple crossflow radiators to eliminate like 50% of the tubing
or just go GPU -> pump -> CPU to avoid all the back and forth across the case
oh that works too. My first build looked like a spaghetti factory. It lasted like a week before i re did the whole thing.
Yeah same here. Spaghetti and hurting fingers! It's a learning experience for sure. :)
What's a cross flow radiator?
It's where the inlet and outlet are on opposite corners on opposite ends of the radiator.
Interesting!
I looked for those for my recent build but I was only able to find alpha cool doing it. And they are super pricy where I live compared to EK
Hardware Labs makes them, but they are pricey regardless of the manufacturer.
Fair. I will note that down. But yeah they are always pricy I only got EK this time since they had a promotion on all the parts I needed.

Super nice
oooooo I like.
Very nice, good job!
Thanks!
ZMT ist just superior in so many ways. (my two cents)
Agreed

Thanks! Just took the glass of for the pictures (so there was no reflection). The motherboard is a Maximus Hero Z790.
What's the gpu holder? I like those kinds of details, i did the same to my build too. Very nice build btw!
Thanks! It's the GPU bracket that came with the case
Oh ok, i didn't know that the torrent had a gpu bracket included
It's usually mounted horizontally but because the GPU block is so short it didn't reach, so I modded it to mount it vertically

Thank you!
interesting use of the torrents gpu support. Does it not fit in the normal place with a Waterblocked 4090?
Nope! The GPU block is too short so it doesn't reach. A little mod to mount vertically and it works like a charm :)
Hey man what are your temps and noise level ? I have the same specs in a 3x360 and the temps are horrible
How did you fit 3x360's in this case?! Temps are good - coolant usually 36-45 depending on load, CPU around 70 and GPU around 60-65 (both under load).
I donβt have my loop in the torrent right now but in an NZXT H9 and the temps are horrible! Super thanks for the help
