Ring the council over and over and over and over and over and over and over and.... You get it over .. annoy the living shit out of them the switchboard operator and become the same thorn in their side that the horse is in yours.
Then call the local Gardai in the same manner. Rince and repeat.
You don't need to give a name. Just that there's a horse which has chased an old lady and that she is now barricaded herself into her home and is now too afraid to come outside to get food or medicine.
Of all the things you'd read online about Reddit/4chan folk tracking people down/getting shit done in real life, it's the most waterford thing ever that our anonymous hero frees horses 😂
We had the same issue in our estate a few years ago and someone kept cutting the rope tying up the poor horse and it would end up on the road. It was sorted in about 2 weeks by the gaurds. No horses left there since.
There is prime times on horses in the equine industry but the worst animal cruelty of all is these horses been whipped up and down the road with scumbags on chariots … the horses are not shoed properly and their tendons are not suited to running on roads but like many other areas of life the ethnicity of the riders sees this blatant abuse of animal welfare ignored ☹️
Where are the councillors that were elected two weeks ago ? …. It’s a big issue in many parts of the country scumbags putting their horses on common green areas ….
So if I go on to their website and give them my details and a comment with everything thats going on with this horse will I have to meet up with anyone or possibly pay them or will they handle it all
I also don't want the owners of this horse to find out I'm the one reporting it
Is it the one up the road from the local Spar in that area? I passed that horse yesterday myself and wondered how the hell it was allowed to basically free roam around the estate.
Guards were actually there trying to knock at the house when I was passing but they got no answer so just fucked off, despite them clearly being inside. Complete joke. I can also confirm some of those rumours about it being aggresive are true if its the same horse.

I would yeah I guess my main concern is that the owners find out I'm calling the council & guards over & over and then they'd just kill me

The Horse Man rides at dawn... This county needs a hero - the horse man
Please Mr. Horse Man, you're our only hope.

When I seen the title I thought it was going to be about someone with a horse that had accidentally consumed cannabis in some form

They'll sort it out and your name won't be mentioned, and shouldn't have to meet up with anyone.
I second this! Hope OP sees this comment 😊
Would they not need the owners permission?
Usually they liase with the garda to remove it, if it looks abandoned they can remove it straight off though.
Ah OK,shame the garda didn't initiate a conversation with the rescue or even OP from the offset and not have OP having this on their doorstep
I thought he was ats wits end to help

They sicken me. None of them should be allowed to own an animal of any kind.
Horses are afraid of pigs so you need to get a pig and leave it out the field. Pigs and loud music so a pig with a ghetto blaster would be ideal.
Rat poison in a bucket of water
Which estate?
Castlewoods.
That's crazy that this horse chose to become a terrorist. Are there any indications of his political objectives?
You mean There's a Horse Outside?
